Hot day to be in a kayak

Post by Permit53 »

Headed out early this AM with high hopes of rounding up some fish... Bait was every where including Greenies, sm blue runners, and cigar minnows that came to enjoy the chum slick. We tried just about everything from top water, live bait, dead bait, and a few tipped jigs. All in all the biggest thing caught was two dumb ass divers that decided it was cool to swim right up through our spread. Aside from that the only other thing caught was a 3' bonnet head, and a decent flounder. Image
Fish like its the last cast you will ever make.
