if your looking for non roller boat guides then the fujis are the best.. some thing like the fuji BLRXOG models are the standerd boat guides and pretty inexpensive, sizes would be something like,
25mm stripper-20-16-16-12-12-12-12 with a 12mm tip

as for roller guides i build a lot of rods with stuart roller guides.out of all the rollers they are the best in price and quality..

aftco does make a roller guide set but the are steel and very heavy they also rust and make lots of noise when the roller get all worn out and loose.. the stuart will never get worn or loose..

go with a alumium roller guide if rollers are what you want..

i also build rods with a roller stripper and roller tip with standerd non roller boat guides in between.

if you need any help i will glady help you pick something out..
