New Moon Sportfishing 4/2

Fished two trips yesterday first trip was from 8-12. We anchored up had a well full of pilchards and herring.We put the kite out with 3 baits and immediately we get annihilated on our long kite bait and its a 25lb king get him to the boat caught 7 more and a few bonito but mostly on flatline.
In the Afternoon we fished from 1-6:30. Tell you the truth it sucked we fished three different spots and lost everysingle fish we hooked so mad as ever we go to where we caught everything in the morning were chumming like crazy with live and dead baits get hit on the kite bamm cut off. another hit , spit the hook now were on edge and its bout an hour before we head in and then zzzz bottom rod goes off and its a nice 21inch mutton.Then we get another hit but its on a flatline its an 8lb king land him and then zzzzzzzzzzzzzz another flatline goes off its a 20lb king skyrocketed at the bait we get him 5ft away from the boat just out of reach from the gaff and then all u heard was F***!!!Spit the hook so were done for the day im reeling up the kite rods and bam a 25-30lb cuda skyrocketed at the bait and we land him.Okay day of fishing!
