Fun catch, had a similar experience/setup last week only was a foot soldier. Hooked up a tarpon while casting lure for Peacocks under a bridge but lost the battle when the Tarpon did the piling weave.

I was watching a VIDEO ON YOU TUBE of a guy catching a giant snook under a bridge . In the title it says Tarpon bend Plantation Fl . Any one have a clue where that is? It looks almost just like c-14 . Yeah from land u have to watch it not much room if they go in the pilings . We have had many good hookups in the summer fun stuff.
