It's a good read, captivating, a little over the top, but with a little editing, it could be really good.

Were you asking for a critique on the writing or whether it could be true?

I've seen all kinds of crazy stuff in my fishing days in Florida, I can believe anything. That's also 25 years ago, so even the cop shooting the damn shark I could possibly believe. There was a lot less BS for them to deal with about discharging their weapon in a situation such as that. I remember seeing a North Lauderdale cop shoot a alligator in my backyard in like 1976, and it wasn't even a big one. The cop just kind of freaked out when it thrashed around like they do. He was waiting for a game officer to arrive. They were gonna try and relocate it, but it ended up as gator tail nuggets and leather belts. LOL
