How much 50lb power pro would fit on one

Just a guess based on my 4/0 I would say 600 yards and prob about 100 yards of 30 lb. mono topshot.

what about if i'm putting 500 yrds of 50lb dow much 50lb mono backing could i put

Again this is just a SWAG ( scientific wild ass guess) I would say around 50 yards or so of the 50 lb. mono. Are you using the reel for pier and bridge fishing or bottom fishing? Oh by the way my buddy didn't have any 3/0 accurate kits and they are expensive as he77 on ebay as they no longer make them.
