Next 3 weekends we can possibly put something on the books GK. I have not headed down in a while, if you are down I'll show you my far south spot... You seem to know how to target Cubera and there are some big boys down there... Not to mention night sight fishing for tarpon in 2 feet of water

Per google map, it takes 2 hour 20 min for me to get channel 2 bridge from my house.
I don't think I can make it. I have a tight schedule on Saturday.

I would jump on a trip down south for snook but cant do it today. Any other time im in. Let me know when go next time... Do you mainly fish the bridges at night or side of the road?

Should be a good night. High 50's which usually means no bugs. A little wet, but as the night progresses it will dry up and be a star lit cool night. Great to bridge hop! If I didnt have to work Id be in like sin. I have not headed down in a spell, and it is amazing if you know what you are doing.

alot of people fishing down there lastnight
alot of tarpon aswell first stop third cast bam snook on but i pulled the hook trying to flip it over the rocks

then for the next 3 stops nothing but people an tarpon had to work a little bit for it but i did manage my keeper

You gotta teach me your ways with the jigs. I want to catch em on jigs like that at night. I can slay them on shrimp, but havent tried jigs. Good catch GK!

Hmmm the bugs are starting to get a bit aggravating to fish over here at night and I've been itching to try out the keys since picking Swords brain...might be time for a road trip.
