I don't have any good pictures but heres one , it holds 6 rods , cooler , bait bucket and more . Its light weight and fairly strong , I put 1" oak dowels in the PVC that runs the full length to stiffen it up . If you like it I'll get some more pics .

I like the looks of those pvc carts; I have a converted dolly that I use for the pier, it works okay but useless for the beach. Yours seems to work well on the beach?

I like it! Post more pics/instructions. Where did you get the wheels and how do they hold up in the sand?

Heres some more pics . The wheels are off a handtruck , 10" tall and 3.5" wide , they work OK but I will be adding wheelbarrow wheels when I find some for more ground clearance and better floatation . I built mine around my gear , if you build one precut and fit everything before you glue anything , I put mine togather without the dowels when I prefit everything , they make a huge difference in the stiffness of the frame . The handle is aluminum tube and swivels to save on space when stored . Total cost was @$100 . The aluminum sand spike rod holders are easy to make too .

I likethis idea; my cart is a converted dolly; its good for the pier but useless for the beach; wonder if 2 inch pvc would be too big?

I Love it how a spam post brought this great missed thread. This is a great idea on the PVC cart.
