Inshore Fishing locations in Jacksonville area?

Hi! I am looking for good public areas to inshore fish. I recently found, yes FOUND a $500 rod/reel that is just begging for reds. I am new to inshore fishing though, and need a point in the right direction.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
