Really nice peacock.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

There is a fine line between Love & Hate.Hate is pushing them off a ledge. Loving them means you don't taunt them after you've pushed them off.

Wow, that is a nice fish. I have no problem catching LMB but no peas to date. What's the best time of day or lures in your experience? Thanks!

We usually catch them early afternoon...when it is nice and sunny out. Almost all have been caught using Berkeley 1 1/2 inch swimbaits (firetiger color)....but live shiners work well, too!

Erradic jerk baits work well, like Rapala X-rap, HuskyJerk, or Yuzuri Pins Minnow.

Pins minnow is great but the hooks will be broken or straightened much quicker than the Rapala.
