Hello.. New to the forum

Post by Sailininov »

Just moved to Marathon from the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. I shore fish regularly and I'll try to keep up with the forum.(though I'm generally bad at these things)

Not a problem, It really was a hell of a move. My wife and I (on a total whim) bought a sailboat in St Augustine and sailed it down as our new home. The trip was riddled with a few mechanical problems and some wild storms. We made it all in one piece now anxious to explore and learn the ways of what seems to be the greatest place on earth. :)

You're gonna miss the crabbing... but love Marathon.

@krash, I kinda figured that would be a little different when I couldn't find old bay seasoning in any nearby stores:p I still work in Norfolk for a few weeks at a time and get plenty of crabs there
