Rigging for Fishing Bridges and Shoreline in the Keys

Post by bigseank22 »

Just got a 9' surf rod from BPS. New to saltwater/surf. Was wondering how to rig this poop for bridge vs shore. The guy set me up with 4 and 5 oz pyramids which I assume are more for shore. Another guy at Dons Bait and Tackle in Homestead gave me some frozen squid and ballyhoo I think and a 3 way to tie off one line for the pyramid and one for the bait? I need help. Any help would be appreciated.
