What's a good braid for a spin cast?

Postby Paetshod » Thu May 30, 2019 4:07 am

My sister has decided she wants to take a shot at bass fishing, and wanted me to set her up with a good spincast combo. I have a combo in mind already just wondering witch braid works well with a spincast reel. Preferably on a zebco bullet. I was thinking nano fill, but using only baitcasting, and spinning reels I'm not sure what to use with a spincast. Thank you in advance.

I've never used a bullet but on those type of reels I would just stick to about 12-15lb mono. Especially for bass fishing. Now if you are planning on heavy cover and bottom fishing structure, I would suggest a very light braid if braid was a must. is she a newbie or ????
