Caught this little guy a few miles north of sebastian inlet on cut whiting. Late afternoon incoming tide bout 50 yards out. Anyone know what type this is? Thanks.
Why don't you post all your pics of it so we can see all features. Teeth can be a good indicator of different species. Or, if this is a riddle, just tell us what it is!!
Someone from another forum suggested blacknose shark. Zoomed in and she does have a faint smudge on her nose. Think thats what it is in case anyone here is wondering or could confirm.
Had 5 gills. Just hard to see in the pics. I researched dusky and found that when young theyre very similar to blacknose but they actually have a layer of slime on their skin ...this one wasnt slimey so blacknose is my best guess.
