Stupid fishing cart

The future fishing cart...
Image
This is just for the wheels & 6VDC drive motor. I'll use 2 6 volt gel cells in series to run the 12VDC cooler & possibly live well. It will be steerable & hopefully have enough nut to drive everything.
If the motor is too weak, I'll just move on to another design, but just can't pass something on the side of the street that I can recycle.

LMAO! That is brilliant... couple of rod holders attached to the back and you're good to go. That's awesome. Can't wait to see what it looks like finished. Before you know it, there will be toy trucks all over piers and bridges and off road ones for the beach with a trailer hitch attachment for kayaks.. just gotta figure out the weight limit and good to go mang lol

Just using the axles, tires, steering & drive motor from this one. If there's not enough nut, I'll find a better one. I'm a definite scrounger. To me, recycling is about using my energy to reutilise something for what it was never intended for.

Just found www.modifiedpowerwheels.com I can run the motor on 12V no problem.... Here we go !!!!!! I have 4 gold rocket launchers that will be set up in a spread on the starboard side. I'll have 2 adjustable plastic ones front & rear, 6 PVC angled aft ones on the port. 4 PVC tubes (at each corner) for staking in the sand.... 12 volt cooler & live well (if nessecary).

Piers are #1 for us, Bridges next(see below) Beaches will be next...

Explanation:
My wife & I tried to quit smoking with CHANTIX 1 1/2 years ago. I almost tried to kill my dad, my wife had a "Heart Incident". After her being on 4 different heart meds for high blood pressure & a heart murmer & both of us going to a shrink & getting "Happy pills" she finally got to see a cardiologist ( Didi I mention it was 1 1/2 Freaking years?). He did all the tests possible ( MRI, EKG, stress test & finally on a hunch a plain old X-ray). NO heart problem, NO heart murmer.... F'n arthritis of the chest from pulling up the anchor on her dad's charter boat 15 - 20 times a day for 14 years !!!!!!!!l
So, we can now do the bridges again & I was actually extremely happy & congradulated her on her arthritic condition !!!
The doctor took her off all the friggin' scrips (except the happy pills), told her to take Alieve every morning & smoke pot again !!!!
We can now go on expeditions again, like we used to. We'll start walking the bridge each morning ( with a pole each ) & start to enjoy life again !!!

HELLO MORGAN & MORGAN !!!!! Friggin' morons took 1 1/2 years of her life & over $20,000 in CASH !!!

OK, rant is all done....... We're gonna rule the bridge & beach soon !!!

You need a boom box on that thing so you can play Ride of the Valkyries as you drive it down the pier.

Looks like the battery module is getting bigger... I do have a marine AM/FM/CD/MP3 head unit on the shelf. "We need a bigger motor"... I think it's also going to be tow reciever mounted.

Well, I found 2 more powerwheels for free today. 1 is a Hummer. It has the best gearboxes built. In about a week, I'll have a cart built as a preliminary model. Charging the 24 series AGM battery right now & after fishing tomorrow, I'll get to work.

Turning a Pow-Pow-Powerwheels into a fishing cart...that is awesome. This thread has potential to be one of the great ones.
