Hello,

I am Jeff. I have been a long time fresh water angler, and have had very few experiences with saltwater. Looking forward to joining this community and learning how to hook into something that makes my [record high] 11 lb bass look like a chump fight.

Tight lines all and thanks in advance for any help I receive in the future.

- Jeff

welcome to the madness, just go to any beach start casting.. hell a 2# Jack will make you forget all about bass fishing.

Thanks! My one and only saltwater catch was a 7lb king off a drift boat...The Floridian to be exact. Thought I had a whale based on my previous experience with Freshwater species and their lack of fight. Going out to a pier this weekend, any suggestions?
