I have used the pier in Flagler it's very old and short. It may be connected to the state somehow I know the peers in Panama City were partially paid for by state and federal. But for some reason the peer inside the state park there can never get money to be extended or repaired
Maybe if you ask Obama he will do it. Wait till he comes down this fall and needs a vote.
