Put me in on the Jan trip as well. I "might" start doing a few more trips this new year since Permit season is closed for 3 months

That sounds good man. I am doing more boat trips this year because of my feet and also have to take all those jigs to play, LOL

Thanks fixed. Yeah, there is some good offshore fishing here. Miami has done a great job with the artificial reef programs. There are so many of them out there, more and more reef fish are moving in.

Urmmm can only dream about the one that got away! (Bigger Reel next time) Ordering some more of them Katana jigs this week if anyone wants in let me know, I'll get a deal to save some cash.

I dont know if anyone mentioned this but we returned a good number of jacks more than we kept I believe?

Just couple pics I took among the Chaos.

Yeah, there were about 12 AJ's and Almacos released. And that AJ Nelson caught had a massive hit on the tail. It's awesome to see a fishing recovering from a wound like that.

Add two yellow glow ones for me, the 240 grams one. That will replace the one I lost in the Tugas. Thanks man.

What do you guy's think about chartering the Sea Legs for a Jigging trip? I can talk to Kenny. We can charter for the whole day and put something together up north.

I wouldn't mind as long as he understands that we are after groupers, muttons, kings, AJ's, Blackfins, and anything that can put a small hurting in our arms (besides the damn jigs, LOL). Wrecks, submerged platforms, rigs, rock piles, hard bottoms, and no less than 150 feet of water and I am on it (unless he thinks we can get that in more than 50 feet). I trust his judgement.

See how his schedule is for January and what is the least amount of people he needs to run out and get the fish with elbow room to jig. I am sure Ralph and him know what we need.

By the way I know 3 people asking about that boat for jigging already.

C'mon bro, those tiny cute white worms never killed anyone, especially after you smoked'em!

I agree 'bout the small ones anyway, had one hell of a sushi plate with mixed Almaco and BFT

What? You don't want a yellowtail jigging trip????  I'm sure he'll get us on nice spots. He's said this to me before, " Once you charter the boat, I'm your servant." He'll take us to where ever we want. Weather permitting.

LMAO!!! Yeah no jigging for yellowtails :biglaugh:

That sounds good. Check his schedule for January/February and we can go with the charter that is catching the most I guess
