looking for stingrays for shark bait

i am currently looking for any bait shops or people selling stingrays for shark bait cause it seems to be the best to use off the pier that i fish i would pay about 5 for wings and 10 for whole rays im just a kid looking to enjoy the shark fishing

there's a ton of stingray swimming around tampa bay right now. i see and catch them alot at night especially. say you're coming from 275 south, get off at 60 west and when you see water, just pull off anywhere there and throw out some squid on your line. you'll catch em in no time.
