Karen made it very simple & I loved it! Chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro, "lemon & Pepper" (spice) kosher salt & oilve oil stuffed inside & out. The onion pull through and tasted sweet (we didn't use sweet onions) Baked at 350 for about 40mins in a pan wrapped in aluminum foil..I thought the onion will over power the taste, but not at all! The juice in the pan was great on rice!
