Channel 2 Bridge Clean up April 3 Sunday 10:30am--TOURNAMENT

Alrighty April 3 - 10:30AM will be our Clean up date.

6:00am to 10.00am we will have a Tournament.

Hows it work
1. Entry is helping with Clean up at 10am. This is a what do you think? I was thinking about having everyone donate 10 dollars and half goes to winners and the other half donated to Trails and heritage or Children charity

2. Fish that count:
All fish will count except for Rays, Sharks, Houndfish, EEls.
So what does count
Tarpon
Snook
Snapper
Groupers all
Barracudas
Mackerel
Jacks all --- this includes Permit
BlueFish

3. It will be over all measurement Tip of tail to tip of nose.
4. No Snagging
5. Mono only
6. 40lb test and under
7. Bait -- Live or dead, Artificial
8. All fish will be caught at Channel Two
9. Time of Tournament 6am to 10am
10. All must be there by 5:30am, better at 5am

This is for fun and to help motivate people to participate in what we do as for the Clean up, its a great thing and I like to see people involved with us.

I got braid backing on some of mine "Spinners" and got Berkley Fusion all the way on a other. Would not like to have to re-spool all of em.

That's what i as thinking. Maybe setup a winner with the most keepers in all out species.

I'm sure I'll be heading down Friday night and fishing the whole weekend, but I'll likely head over to Channel 2 at some point Saturday night so I'll be setup on the bridge when the tourney starts.

Tommy, and all my Brothers of the Wooden Plank, I gotta take a pass on the trip and the tournament this time around. I'll be out of town until around 4/9 or 4/10. Read: Chicago and Atlanta. It looks like all of you are putting together a really fun time and with all you fishers coming out in support of the clean up project, it's sure to be a blast. But, have a great time, take some pics for me and I'll update when I get back in town. I'll be there in spirit, at least :cry:
