The boat would depart on Friday at 12 pm. and come back on Sunday at 1 pm. You guys let me know the dates you are all available. Please post your top 3 choices.

Is December good for all of you? I can do any of the first 3 weekends of it.

November Thanksgiving weekend is the only one I cannot do.

October is only available on the 21st, or the the 28th.

September is only available on the 16th, 23rd, and 30th.

Let me know more less when cash for the reservation will be available to you and we can call 2 weeks before it to make sure we are able to book. Hopefully we will have all these dates available to book around February.

Total cost for trip not including gratuities is $3,600.00 (that is $600 per person). All prices are for up to 6 anglers. Prices include ice and bait.

A deposit of $1500 ($250.00 each) is required to book a trip. A reservation is guaranteed for 2 weeks only. After 2 weeks, if no deposit is received, the date will become available for booking to other parties. A letter of confirmation will be mailed or emailed to you upon receipt of full deposit.

The balance will be due in CASH ONLY on the date of the departure. Deposits are non refundable. Deposits are only returned in a case of cancellation due to bad weather (at their discretion), mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such case, we will also have an option to re-book our trip at a later date.

Don't forget the $$$ for electric reel rental if you want to go after Tiles, etc. I think it's $250 for the trip.

I would prefer Sept or October, the weather is a little more dependable then compared to Nov-Dec. Another thing to keep in mind would be the moon phase, the closer to a full or new moon, the heavier the currents will be.

Don't worry too much about that. Yuri can move his boat a lot quicker then FFF. He will reposition the boat if he has too.

I am good with October through December dates.

mmcauliffe, thanks for the reminder. I think I kept one of those monster cheating machines from when I owned a boat. I have to look through my garage and check if it's working. If I can't find it it or is not working it would be about $41.66 per person for the rental. Tile fish are great and worth every penny.

That's kewl on the moving the boat fast to reposition. Lifting a pound of lead is not too much fun

Sept or oct is fine. If you can get a date 5 or 6 days before the fullmoon would be even better.

Cudaman if you really want a stellar trip book for june 2012 when your son comes home, 6days before a full moon, that's the way to go.

September or October...Looks to be the the date for me as well. As long as it's a weekend trip then I'm good. It hard for me to work a weekday trip.

Haha jorge I knew you couldn't resist. Also a extra 165 makes this a 4 day and gives us a extra 24 hrs to fish. Not only that but adds 24 full hours to the trip which usually is only around 48hrs long stretched over 3 days. We can also opt to get the electrics for free by using our own bait. And we can each just bring what we need. Yuri always brings some macks and squid for deep drop. The total is 750ish plus tip. So start saving your money.

This sounds like a done deal already guys...Great that we could get the six that quickly. This is gonna be a nice trip....So lets start saving and see if we can get together by the end of January or first week of February to pay the deposit.

It sounds like October seems to be the best month for everyone. The 2 trips available are the weekends of the 22 or 29th. The new moon is Tues Oct 26, FYI. My vote would be for the weekend of the 22nd. I would be good with extending it to a 4 day trip, but if the extra $$ is a problem for some, then the normal 3 day trip is fine too.

Once we decide, we can all PayPal the deposit money to one person who can then send a check to Yuri to hold our spot.

We can each make a deposit to Yuri from his site, for 250.00 the rest due at boat. paypal charges like3-4%. not worth it.

4 day trip: So, we leave on Firday at what time & come back on Monady at what time? I'm fine with the 4 day trip as well. The date Rory posted is fine by me as well. That will be Friday 21st, and back Monday 24th if that is how it works. As soon as everyone is okay with the date's, I can have the funds for the deposit the same day when David or Jorge reserved our date's .

They don't normally even try for cows on an 8 day. FF and I just lucked out that the captain had a vision, a plan if you will, stuck with it. A couple guys hit the tuna lottery. I think everybody on that trip was grateful for the opportunity to at least roll the dice. My next 8 day in 2011 I'm thinking we will not even try for cows, however, you never know.

BUT... I really do not want to derail a good Yuri thread so....

I'm going on my first Yuri trip this August...REALLY looking forward to it! Would love to catch my first +20lb Mutt.

This will be the first for me as well on a Yuri trip! The other guys on this trip don't count; they have been on many boats fishing. The plan for me was to get on the FFF or the YC first then move to a trip like Yuri. Looks like went ahead of plans....We got good guys on this trip that know their stuff; I got to play catch up very fast!
