pretty cool- hey you have any close ups of those guides? maybe my perception is off or the camera angle- in that one pic, they all seem to look like the same larger size no foul. (?)

Hey, is all good. was just wondering as it looked like the guide rings are the larger size, for the need to pass heavier lines or knots, leaders etc. Dont want to jack the thread here but I could post a link to where to get some wire guides that have larger rings then the no fouls & sit higher off the blank (when compared side by side), made of like similar wire gauge size as like 16 or 14 gauge wire. The largest guide transitions down pretty good if you want to use an AFTCO Bigfoot double roller stripper. They are built pretty tough, they use them on the trevally (ulua) slidebait rods over in Hawaii.

Yes they used big snake guides for the blood knots etcs ,those guides are nice more $ not needed for this rod i know the guides you talking about post the link :toast:

rod came out beautifull joey and g yesterday at 6 am they were in the garaje working ,well they finish ,now i got the table all to myself ,nelson will start tonight i figure by saturday your's should be ready i wont let gio wrap your rod :mrgreen: if you want it sooner i could. :lol: gio i really like that wrap :toast:

Nelson i got metallic purple and green. :toast: no blue tho if you want blue mudhole or ebay. :toast: i need time for that monster .

joey and gio went to the keys last night ,this rod went too ,that thing got power couldn't see it with the reel will take pics of the big curse nurses he's going to catch :jester: im going too, calling sick ,im sick of no fishing in two weeks .
