All I can say about this Product is I have had the same ones from just after the first production of them 5 years ago and they still are working with no hassle and I love them being I am an artificial Guy. I always had the issue of putting my rods into my car and by the time I got to where I was fishing or got home the hooks would be in my seat or seat belt and this product stopped this problem dead and it also made carrying easy with my lure on my rods ready to go no tangles in other rods. You can also put your bottom rig in this product. it is just an all around Great Product. This is not a sales pitch I am for real I really do like it and many that know me see it on my rods and know I use them religiously. I decided to make them available because so many have ask me about them.

The hook is so you can attach it to your Reel base, some attach to guides but I do not recommend attachment there, guides are delicate, the Tamer then is around your Lure or Bottom rig, the main line goes through an opening on the other. I will post some pics of my rods with them on so you can see how they work.
Each Set Includes: (2) 4 inch Guards (2) 5 inch Guards (1) 6 inch Guard PLUS (1) Spare Hook This set will control almost all freshwater and most saltwater casting lures. You get great value with the set as well as having a guard for every occasion.
