Shrimp in Boca area?

Is there anywhere to shrimp in the Boca/Deerfield area? I went for the first time in Miami the other night, but that is a long way to drive for shrimp.

i believe you can find some at JB's on the beach where they are sold crispy fried.

Hillsborough inlet has always been a good spot for me at the right times of course....

I have gotten a couple of PMs that have a couple of good spots, Hillsboro Inlet being one of them! Thanks!!

Can anyone comment on whether it is better shrimping in Biscayne, than locally in Boca / Deerfield?

Also, I went all over the place today looking for a cheap green shrimp light....none to be found in my area. Does anyone know of where I could find one?

Checked out Hillsboro last week a couple times, and saw that people had a little action. We decided to go on down to Biscayne and did very well. The report is in the Dade county section. I was wondering if anyone had heard if Hillsboro was hitting this week.
