Sushi, 2nd try
Made sushi again last night. This time with fresh yellow jack and mangrove snapper. Really good. From left to right: yellow jack sushi and sashimi, yellow jack and cucumber roll, yellow jack bagel roll (with cream cheese), spicy yellow jack roll (I hadn't put the spicy mayo on yet), mangrove sushi and sashimi.

So that is your secret for rapid weight loss. In a few months those worms will live comfortably with all the beer and cuban pastries you feed them.
The Judge asked the prostitute, "At what point did you realize you were raped?"
The prostitute replied (wiping away tears), "When the check bounced."

It was great. Similar to permit, very firm and mild. Made fish tacos with some tonight and they were very good too.rob762 wrote:Looks great Rory. How was the yellow jack as sashimi? I love it cooked...
