I have been doing some fixes in the data base, so I believe most of these errors you have seen Today and Yesterday was ME.

So no worries, I just have to take the Data base off line for a second and that is what creates the error, because it does not see a Data Base.

Wait a minute and give it a try and it should come back up.

Yep I just finished the Search Indexing of the site today over 100.000 posts "I know it says 96,000 but there are more that are not counted" it took the last three weeks to do, I did only work on it 1 to 3 hours a day and thats why it took time, but its done now  .

So searches should be better now

Tonight or tomorrow I will upgrade the forum to 3.02

Once that is done I will put some stuff on, I just needed to get the updates and get them done because once I do the Mod changes some of them will have to be done everytime we update because they do not update with the forum and I did not want to have to do it twice in a short period.
I do not believe there will be another upgrade for the forum for a bit, so everything so be good for a while.

These Mods "as in Arcade, Portal Page, Blog" are still not guaranteed to work on the server so it will be trial and error and if one does not work I will try another.

It will be a slow process because this is a up and running Forum with a lot of Data so to prevent disaster we are going slow slow slow, piece by piece.

But what ever anyone wants to know ask away and I will let you know what is happening.

Also when we have the Forum Wobbles as in " Issues that require my attention and moderation" my attention has to go there it takes the time away from me doing the behind the scene stuff.

Is there a way to stop or at least make it harder for the porn spammers to post?

Yes but it also makes it harder for the average person to become a member
