My Pot Stirring and Thread Derailer butt will be there bright and early unless Chris and Elly tells me to buy coffee and doughnuts. Elly what ever happen to the coffee and dougnuts?

I will be there for sure, I will purchase a few boxcutters for the group to use on that nasty mono, and bolo the coffee and donuts were beside me in Chris's truck on the ride home so what do you think happend to them?

Mile Marker 73 florida keys, Channel two bridge November 1 ---- 8am to 12pm

I will be there with my son, daughter and wife. I will bring water, Gatotade, honey buns, and banana moon pies

Great to see some familar faces from the last cleanup. I will be hitting the Keys next week and will cleanup Channel 2 alittle while there and give a report on how well rested we should be before this next cleanup. Still waiting for a couple of friends to respond back to me as they were intrested but I am awaiting there confirmation now that the time is near.

As time goes on Chris it will only be the same faces doing this clean up. We talked about this before. I am greatful for the people who makes the time to help clean our bridge. Who wouldnt want to stay home and sleep in on Saturday?

I'm 95% certain I'll be there, +1. I'm heading down there this weekend as well, will also post a report on how it looks as well.

Mrs Baitwetter and I are in. Were fishing the night before then staying for a romantical, NON FISHING, rest of the weekend in Key West.

Bolo, I wouldn't stress that. The next thing you know they are bffs. I'm sure they'll squash their problems in no time.

Yep, I'll be there with Melissa. Had to bribe her into waking up at 6 by turning it into a weekend getaway as well, so I'll be looking to do some fishing Sat or Sat night.

Might be worth going just to watch what would happen?

Anyway, I was at Channel 2 (and 5) yesterday, and it looks great there. Even Channel 5 seems cleaner than before. More mess in the southern end of Ch 2. I did my usual picking up on the bridge. I am not able to participate in group cleanups due to work schedule (2-3 jobs!). As an environmentalist, I just want to say that what you guys do is great and makes a big difference. Last summer, my (college) students and I participated in something similar, such as one with Keep Indian River Beautiful, where they looked for areas that could use monofilament receptacles, rounding up fishing lines for disposal, and beach clean-up, etc. Thank you for what you guys and gals do!

Hey, new here on the board. I won't be down in the keys till late Nov early Dec but wanted to say I appreciate your efforts and you can always be assured when I fish the keys bridges I bring out at least what I carry in if not more. I've been visiting the keys for over 20 years fishing the various bridges and camping at Long Key, GREAT place that we need to take care of, it kills me when I see the garbage people just leave in paradise.

Its OK if you cant join our clean up. But when you are down here just do your part to contribute. Im glad you understand just a little bit goes a long way. I hope our efforts will eventually effect all boatless anglers and they put their part in. In the long run I hope I can say the same thing like you have 20 years later.
