Some of the polls we were on top. I think this one broke it down even more. Still, with god knows how many BK, Mc D's, KFC, Wendys Pizza hut, etc around the USA within blocks with no self control we made it up there. Hey, I gained lbs over the years, but I still move & always try to cook at home. We still need to do plenty of change at our home, but I will once again seen them 6packs on my abs. lol The kids did slow us down a bit, but we will work around that & make it part of our out door activities. Look at Meli, we are doing something right. lol

One show I started watching since I got dishnet- Operation Osmin. I's here in Miami & what he does to get them fit is out of this world (lol) Funny $hit- might be on you tube...
