Going to Matlacha in Dec. 4 of us flyfish,usually in the Stuart area, but this Dec decided to try a new area.
Looking for info on where we can wade fish.

We are all catch and release and love catching a variety of species.

Any tips?

sanibel island should be your best bet.

After going over the steep bridge, take your first street on the left. There is a small fishing pier & a large flats area. Might work for ya. Also, "Google Earth the area to find skinnies.
