got these two the next day and got chased around by a hungry lemon shark

What do you do to wave off the sharks or get them to fluck off???

Well i chase them back lol. She holds the flag and fish i poke the sharks to get em away haha

Well I need to be prepared on what to do if a shark approaches me when I'm out there. Want to make sure I handle them the right way!! and by the way nice fish lol!! I like how hog fish look and taste

Yeah theyre great. got 2 more today and a cero mack. No pics tho. T hey went straight into the fryer about 15 and 17 in.

If you're in the water with a bloody fish and a shark is eying you, DO NOT feed him the fish. Think of your fellow spearos. You have to KILL your fish (take your knife or spear and penetrate it's brain through its gills so it stops flapping in pain aka attracting sharks and seamonsters) put the dead fish in your shirt and reload your gun for self defense.

Feeding the shark your catch will teach it that "divers/spearos = free food".

Keep the fish in your shirt or on your chest and with the shark in line with your spear, they usually just watch you from a distance (respecting you as a superior hunter). Reef sharks can get a little pesky and due to their more territorial nature. Once you have sharks in the area... its usually time to pack up and go.
