Had a run in with a bull shark today. Aggressive and hungry, he got half of one of my buddies sheepshead.

he bit it while on the end of the shaft. I just happen to have one one my spear when I swam over to toss it on the yak and had no idea he was there until I was getting punched in the shoulder...

Wow! He bumped you? That is a little crazy! I bought a yak to avoid having a big stringer of fish on me when out, this is a little scarey. I guess the good part is that it shows that the bull, although aggressive, didn't attack. At least before you could get out of the water....

Just a little clarification... Sharkinkoz is not the guy that is in the pic. And i also don't believe bulls or any other shark, for that matter, is really out to eat you. There was no contact between tim and the shark, but he did say that they were bout 3ft apart. Yah, Joe was the one who was punching me in the arm. He was only hangin around because he knew there was food there.

That link to that video is wild. I think I would have stopped the video to keep an eye on that shark and my fish, but he just kept on taping until he hit the beach. Kudos to him.
