liquid nail adhesive be good for fishing rod extension

adding a foot to the butt section of my rod, went with liquid nail, jus seeing what u rod builders think?????

Gorilla glue . It will fill any imperfections in the fit . Holds up great .

Not a rod builder that's why strizile is my custom rod builder... but with gorilla it does expand. Will that later on cause some problem down the road?

Been using it on rod butts as well as other uses , for several years , with zero problems . Holds up real well around salt water .

i was thinking about gorilla glue, but thought the expansion might cause the blank to crack? or cause stress from expansion? well the liquid nail worked, the extension is solid and cant be moved.
