I have ordered D II epoxy and then I get a call from Silvia I believe it was.

Their policy is the best I have experienced ever. My order had not shipped right that day so the purchase price was refunded. The Epoxy is shipped and all I have to pay is the shipping via USPS and what $5.00

Saved me $25. Basically that is Epoxy for free. That tells me that they always aim to ship same day and if not it will def be to the customers benefit.

I have not asked for that. They had done that by them self's.
