is that black metallic??
if so is it the same black you used to tie off your tiger..
i would use the same black so it matchs..
and keep the trim bands the same like they are..

striz..maybe it's the photo...but on your tiger wrap when you burnish try and get the threads to have more of a inconsistent pattern and move the threads a little more.
this was my 1st tiger wrap

again it may be the photo, but wrapping the threads looser would allow for more movement in the threads when you burnish back and forth....
Also did you use Doc Ski's 3 thread method? with 3 varying colors on the 1st layers, epoxy, 3 threads on top ( 2 of which are removed ).
if not here is the link for it...the purpose of it is to give a more 3 dimensional look to the wrap.

i used Size A but not Metallic thread...from what i've heard you have to wrap it looser then Nylon or NCP threads...
