Marijuana Legalization On The Ballot

Colorado and Washington have passed the law to legalize marijuana for recreational use.
Yet again Florida didn't get it on the ballot for Medical use. I bet Florida will be the last state in the union to do this. I wonder what the Feds are going to do about this. It seems this train can't be stopped.

Colorado
Amendment 64 amends the state constitution to allow the personal use and sale of recreational marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol.
Tax revenues go to school construction and the state's general fund.
Washington
Initiative 502 legalizes it — but only for people over the age of 21.
And sorry green thumbs: personal cultivation without a license is still illegal. its a start.

For anyone looking for a business oppurtunity I will be opening franchises in Colorado and Washington. It will be a delivery service that will deliver Funyuns, Cheetos, cereal, Poptarts, Hot Pockets , lighters, and rolling paper. I expect these franchises to sell fast so get in on the ground floor now !

Isn't there a truck in the ft lauderdale/miami area that goes around selling alcohol? I bet they're on top of this one already. They probably have a whole truck on standby already full of munchies and fruit drinks along with papers and pipe cleaners. I was talking to my gf about it a few years ago and I was sad to hear that its already been done (alcohol truck).

They already have marijuana delivery services in California, it's less likely for you to get busted by the feds (Obama), than if you run a dispensary.

I bet when Pharmaceutical, and alcohol sales drop and the prison systems start losing money bc of this big brother steps in. Big tobacco, alcohol and prison legislators have been fighting this since the beginning. Why would you take pills when you can smoke/vap some dank or edibles? How many people will choose to puff over drink? I know many will do both but I bet some people just smoke on the weekdays and stop drinking.
