3 reports into 1

Post by TeEnAnGlerPro213 »

Sorry I'm posting late but school has been keeping me busy lately

Feb. 2nd, had an hour or two on a school day to see if I can get anything

Only put out two baits and got a double header within minutes, but I ended up losing mines, probably a tip:

My friend landed his, a nice healthy sandbar:

Even though we had a late start, we called it a night as it was getting late.

Feb. 6th, superbowl day
All three of us were anxious to do some fishing before the game so decided to try our luck
It was super hot and slow at first, but things picked up as both of my friends got a double header with sandbars....pretty much right when I reel my line in thinking I might call it a day and finish some work :D

After about 30 min one of my friend's reel signals the noise of a nurse shark at the end of the line, which ended up being the case:

We called it a day as we all had superbowl parties to go to...only to see the steelers lose.... :nilly:

Feb 21st
It was a while since I had gone fishing so wanted to wet a line for about an hour
I put my 4/0 out and the tips were teasing me picking up and droppnig my baits for a good 10 min, but when all stopped i slowly reeled in my line and figured out that one of them bit through my main line....it happens and there really isn't much you can really do about it I guess
Instead of re-tying, my friend let me use his mxl to see if i could get one and within minutes hooked up. He brought his friends with him so after I reeled in the majority we switched it up and finally landed a decent sized blacktip, nothing too big but it was fun on light tackle.
Waiting for pics on this one, will upload them whenever I get them
Now the proof that these are three seperate reports is well....you can tell by my facebook updates and a couple Bf members that have added me know as well. I'm new to this whole sharking thing, but I'm starting to like it :D
Tight lines everyone :toast:
