i went out there that sunday and ballooned out a whole bonito about 1kg on two 11/0 hooks, 2m 285lb trace. maybe that pushed it.
ps, saw some other guys land a 4 & 4.5fter yesterday...
they were using snook. looks like i'll have to start using snook as well. i haven't been catching jack on bonito or mackerel.
hope the read wasn't too painful.
