Blacktip winter schooling

Can anyone tell me how far north this schooling takes place . I live in north Ga. , and need to find a place as far north as possible , and still have a decent chance of hooking up. Thanks for input.

The migration runs annually between Nova Scotia and Brazil and back. Far enough North for ya?

just go right now perhaps in south Carolina or north Florida, there there.
