That's why I said that KOTS. Way too much of that story just don't make sence or is demonstrably false. Starting with the question of "ownership".
Nice Boat! Now get it outa my driveway!

Among all that mess, I am guessing the law suit by the previous owner for unpaid promissory notes will matter... depending on what terms and conditions written on the contract for default... In another thought, it may be written poorly so that new owner didn't pay at all (them, it will make attorneys rich) ... or previous owner may have right to sell the pier and property to collect the unpaid promissory notes...meaning the pier and property will be on market at a good deal or on auction... Maybe pier, restaurant, parking lot sold separately...

Anglins is much better than Pompano except for lizard fish tournament...

Well I think we have found our answer

Ok so let's get to work we need 20 volunteers to be stationed randomly around broward county now since I'm the head of this operation I will take 25 cents on the dollar plus other operating costs what ever is left over we can put to the pier

So now who is going to volunteer ?
Anyone have any old football helmets we could also try to get ppl to donate for new uniforms anyone

Yo Trump-Mister with that kind of investment savvy I can make you a sweet deal on a bridge in Brooklyn. It's such a shame. I lived on the Dania planks but Anglins was my favorite.

Daylight hours until piers electric is finished and inspected. Don't see this very often. City is really being very cool.

Tommy's got his hands full right now. He'll update soon enough. Piers moving forward with the electric repairs.

You want first hand, head out tomorrow.

You laugh but crisco just sold New Jerseys water utility to a private company. That bridge joke, as old as
It is, just got allot less amusing Richard. It scares the hell outa me Bro. You can live without lights. Water, not so much.
