Whats up everyone im staying marathon with the family till Tuesday and at the resort im staying in theirs this canal/channel that has tarpon i managed to hook one on a twitch bait yesterday but broke off pretty quickly i did bring my cast net so i was wondering if theirs anywhere to catch bait around here ? also what bait would you guys recommend using,

Cocoplum beach on the incoming tide should yield some bait.

jwthought81 by bait, are you referring to pilchards or other type of white baits?

Use what ya hook the other one on.. get a bucket of live shrimo and chum up some Mangrove Snapper for dinner.

Small white paddle-tail swim bait or Purple Deamon Mirrodine, 5" pink Hogie
SW, Live to Fish, Have Tackle will travel ... >,)))~> ~~~~
