BLUE HERON DRIFT SUXCCESS !!!
I went on the Blue Heron Drift Boat this mourning out of riviera beach. I got there at 8:00am and there was already a group of people standing around. I would guess by the time the boat departure,(8:30am) there must have been 20 people on board. as the boat sailed offshore, the captain made the decision to head for a crowd of boats off Juno beach. there wasn't a massive crowd of vessels out there, but more like 20 boats at least. 30 if you count the ones outside of the boat ball. When the Blue Heron arrived on target, it was time to fish. I would say it took 5 minutes till someone had something on. the first fish caught ended up being a king. and no sooner from that point, nearly everyone had a king on. as the hours rolled on, the more kings were being caught. there had to been more than 25 fish on deck today(I really don't know just assumed). I know one thing, I caught 3 kings and lost 6 maybe 7.

Sounds like a great trip....Any size to the kings?
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.
