Many days, I would catch tons of Sheephead but all of them around 11" and sometime if I am lucky I would get a keeper. I really have to work at it to get a keeper. On the other hand, the mango are still around but are very small. If you work at it, you'll still be able to catch some keepers. Flounder on the other hand are here but most of the one that I caught are still small. I must not be fishing the correct area.
With all of these, if you find the right spot, you'll still be catching. It really depends on the tide and where you are. It's not easy but it still can be done.
