I have got a few of these in the last month. They always get snagged in the head on the back hook of my lures. My best guess is baby chain pickeral????
Holy crap thats a huge pic

Not baby pickeral. Think they are a species of killifish or a pike minnow.

I'm not sure what it is but I know it isn't a pike kilifish. I have tons of pike killi by where I live and they look more like little cudas than a silverside. They don't have that irredecent line down the middle of the body. Some times they have a little red on the fins. Anyway this is what a pike killi looks like.

Definitely looks like a brook silverside snapperkiller. Are those found in florida? If not it maybe a relative of it. I have limited researching capability here cause of the firewalls.

The vast majority of the silversides sold as bait are imported from Canada. The majuas used in the Keys tend to be '' silverside '' anchovies .
