do you need a freshwater licsence to fish of the bank in florida if you dont plan on keeping fish?

You need one to fish anywhere in freshwater and you might as well pick up a saltwater license if you don't already have one as they will be mandatory here soon.

Lots but i got it when i was 4. I have no idea how much now but if you get it before you turn 16 its cheaper.
