Really nice pea and great to see you guys released it. Any guess on the weight ? I'd say solid 6 lbs but tough to tell for numerous reasons.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

Nice catch. I'd probably have to say the same about 5-6lbs. 7 would be teasing the line. Love those fish.

Thanks man!!! Not sure on the weight, unfortunately we coudlnt weigh her, but yeah I will say around 6-7 lbs.

Since you guys do catch and release go to the sewing section of Target and get the plastic rolling measuring tape. It is easy to carry. That way you get get a quick measurement of the length and girth so you can get a weight .

Awesome fish!! Love catchin the peas. Haven't done that in a while. I'd say almost 6lbs there.
