Snakin and Bassin Wednesday 5/12

Went to CS after work and caught 2 small snakeheads and 4 bass. One of the snakes was the size of a rainbow trout which brings back fond memories of fly fishing in the Sierras ah but I digress.
The fish were acting a little shy that evening the sky was cloudy and the wind was a blowin. My 1st hook up was a small bass caught on a neon spinnerbait deep in the middle of a pond.
Next was a 20" snake on the same spinnerbait.
The next fish a bass was caught on the Berkeley 5" swimbait.
As dark approached I decided to go surface lure choosing a neon buzzbait cast into the weeds across the narrow pond. 1st cast bammo an little snakehead pounced on it like a 5 lb. bass! It was pretty cool and was the last fish of the night.

Glad to see some one here snaking at night to!!! Ok Snake Ninja draw your sword and see if we can not cut a world record by July 4th 2010 for Cobra!!!
