Also, most fishermen these days are wearing Kaki shorts or board shorts and they come down past your knees a bit. Notice how he is wearing really short shorts. Another I am so happy thing. The pic on top. The snook look like they're from the back country. Very dark with slight traces of green in the fins. Notice the mud on the gills of that fatty in the middle.
The fish on the bottom pic look like ocean fish/ inlet fish. Notice the drop net. They dont have those things in South America. It's someone from the North. There are only 2 people in the Dania area that can catch that many fish. One is in jail and the other guy in GA.

Unfortunately, once the cut and paste job was saved as a Jpeg, it permenently deleted what ever was under the fish face. The only way to recover it would be if you had the original file saved in photoshop and it still had all its layers and had not been 'flattened', and I don't think you will get him to hand over his photoshop file, so, unless I'm somehow completely wrong, there is no way to restore his face using this jpeg file.

I have fished with GAMA before in the Tugas....I will go out on a limb and say he is posting old pictures that someone else had (since it is not him in them) . He is trolling ....trying to get a rise out of people. This is on the impression that he is one and the same with the guy I fished with and meet.
