I have heard of Cubann time but boatless time makes that seem fast.
Dreaming the dream that one day I can be as good as some of the boatless pros and catch some 12 inch mangrove snapper.

It's made me curious. Did anything ever come of this?

This is kind of funny! Tommy, Zach, myself, and a few others showed the shoreline municipalities that the state, and not their town owned the shoreline to the mean high water line. Chapter 10 sec 11 of the Florida constitution states it very clearly. No municipality has the authority to regulate fishing. That the sole preview of FWC. You can't fish garded beaches during swimming hours, state law. The rest of the time it's illegal for police to harass you as you are breaking no law.
Nice Boat! Now get it outa my driveway!
