hey guys was trolling youtube and found this video dude clearly states snook limits then claims the fish he is filleting is 33in.. no way!! i emailed fwc but figured that if anyone else wanted to do so it could'nt hurt! thanks! :toast:

Might be an old one and he might have caught it in the gulf water which is 28"-33"

:shock: really? No way that snook is even over 20". Not unless the guy in the video is 8' tall. His forearm is longer than that snook. I can't believe that douche was preaching about snook regs and posts a video of an OBVIOUSLY short snook. WTF.

look at the size of the knife compared to the fish... that fish is barely 20' ..and i believe the video is from 09... :mad:

Agree, I misread the first post... Thought it said the fish was 33". That's why I pointed out that it is legal for the gulf side... and yes 24" is illegal, didn't say it is legal. :)

We're all on the same page. The idk, is I don't know the real size of the fish...

Damn people slicing guppies... If that fish is 20" I am chavez reborn. That fish is maybe 17-19" and that is pushing it. Fail for uploading the video but I really hope he gets nailed.
